Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of handmade and custom items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective
Claims for damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery
Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or store credit

10. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Soulstice Jewelry provides a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
If a defect is determined to be due to workmanship or materials, repairs or replacements may be provided at no cost at our discretion
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty

Repair Policy:
If damage is determined to be caused by user error, a repair may still be offered; however, a reasonable repair fee will apply. The cost will be communicated and approved prior to any work being completed.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of Soulstice Jewelry pieces, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
Unworn and unused
In original condition
Returned in original packaging whenever possible

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or Soulstice Circle exclusive membership pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of verified defects in workmanship or materials.

2. Acceptable Reasons for Return

Returns may be accepted for:

Item arrived damaged
Wrong item received
Manufacturing defect
Significant discrepancy from product description

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind
Buyer preference after delivery
Natural variations in materials (stone color, wood grain, texture, shape, organic markings)
Damage caused by improper care, misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear

3. How to Initiate a Return

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Soulstice Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Repairs Instead of Refunds

As part of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, defective items may be eligible for repair or replacement rather than refund.

If damage is determined to result from user error, repair services may still be available for a reasonable repair fee.

7. Exchanges
